Spam & Unapproved Promotion
- Posting the same product multiple times
- Auto-generated promotional comments
- Sending repetitive messages to many users

Illegal or Unsafe Medical Device Selling
- Selling uncertified or unregulated devices
- Second-hand equipment without warranty/service info

Fake Profiles & Misrepresented Identity
